Strengthening a Reliable Evidence Base for Monitoring the COVID-19 and Other Disasters

The project proposes a framework for monitoring short-term mortality fluctuations and the effectiveness of anti-epidemic measures. It relies on a transparent approach based on weekly excess deaths.
