About

Egor Kotov has worked with human mobility using digital trace data since 2014, with applications in urban and transport planning. He is now a doctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, studying how human movement patterns relate to the spread of disease-vector mosquitoes and how mobility itself can be modeled using spatial accessibility and other approaches.
