The project proposes a framework for monitoring short-term mortality fluctuations and the effectiveness of anti-epidemic measures. It relies on a transparent approach based on weekly excess deaths. The main outcome is a weekly and monthly mortality data series that is of high quality and comparable across time and space.  Detailed Description
