Congratulations!

MPIDR PhD student Georg Wenau was presented with the best poster award at the annual conference of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Demografie (German Demographic Society, DGD) for his poster entitled “The impact of partnership biography on the subjective health in old ages”. Georg Wenau investigated whether being married has an influence on subjective health. For his analysis he used data from the German Socioeconomic Panel (Sozioökonomisches Panel, SOEP).

Georg Wenau is a PhD student in the  Laboratory for Demographic Data.
