Self-Regulation and Health Behavior: How People Can Successfully Change Their Actions and Live Healthier

This project examines how self-regulation can help people to make healthier choices. We look at how people become motivated to change their behavior, how they can translate their intentions into action, and how self-regulatory skill predicts health outcomes, such as depression.  Detailed Description
