Angela Carollo won the award for the Best Student Poster at the 37th International Workshop on Statistical Modelling which was held in Dortmund July 17-21, 2023.
The poster presented the R package TwoTimeScales that allows to analyze event history models in which more than one time scale is relevant. The package is part of Angela’s PhD project and is available on github.

The International Workshop on Statistical Modelling attracts about 200 statisticians every year to discuss new approaches and tools in all areas of statistics. Involvement of junior researchers is particularly encouraged, and student awards recognize the best paper, presentation and poster.
